DO YOU THINK I HAVE ENOUGH HEARTS GUYS?

So recent eve run- Got Celtic cross and the bloody penny insanely early, and didn’t get an arcade until necropolis 2. Once I got to the arcade though, I found an IV bag and eventually bought a portable slot machine in the store. This is the work of about 3 cumulative hours of spamming the IV bag then spamming the slot machine in order to get soul hearts. I didn’t have PHD or lucky foot, so most of the pills were useless, save for the balls of steel. 

The ending haul? 99 coins, 99 bombs, 99 keys, 2 angel hearts, and 57 soul hearts

You are a bad person and you should feel bad.
